Consent to Receive Promotional and Marketing Communications

By providing my personal data (name, email, etc.) to Data Tower Trade and Services L.L.C-FZ (DATA TOWER) located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E, I give my consent to receiving promotional/marketing messages ("Consent") by email.

By this Consent, I confirm that I am acting of my free will and in my interest, and that I am the subject of the personal data provided and am responsible for their accuracy and reliability.

This Consent is given for the purpose of promptly receiving news on products, services, special offers and promotions, discount systems, bonuses and various promotional activities of DATA TOWER and (or) its affiliated parties and partners.

DATA TOWER has the right to perform the following actions (operations) using my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, and transfer (provision, access) to affiliated persons of DATA TOWER and its partners; depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. DATA TOWER also has the right to process personal data using automation tools, as well as to carry out mixed processing of my personal data.

This Consent is perpetual and may be withdrawn at any time.

Consent can be withdrawn by means of:

• pressing the Unsubscribe button or following the Unsubscribe link (can be found in all marketing messages from DATA TOWER); or

• emailing DATA TOWER a written request to support@lampyre.io.

DATA TOWER will stop sending promotional and marketing information no sooner than 24 hours after receiving a request to withdraw the Consent.
