Child Safety Policy

DATA TOWER TRADE AND SERVICES LLC-FZ ("Data Tower", "Company", "we", "our", "us") has zero tolerance for any content or activity involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or any form of harm to minors.
This child safety policy ("Child Safety Policy") applies to all users of our websites and Platform.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund and referral to law enforcement authorities, including UAE Federal Authorities and international child protection agencies.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Child Safety Policy shall have the meanings given to them in our General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. For the purposes of this Child Safety Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
Child or Minor means any individual under the age of 18 years, as defined under the Child Digital Safety Law.
Child Digital Safety Law means UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 Regarding Child Digital Safety.
CSAM means Child Sexual Abuse Material, including any visual depiction (photograph, video, digital image, computer-generated image, or any other medium) that depicts a minor (under 18) engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Grooming means any communication with a minor for the purpose of facilitating sexual activity, including building trust to lower inhibitions, sending sexual content, or arranging a meeting for sexual purposes, as defined under the Child Digital Safety Law.
Harmful Content means any content that poses a risk to the physical, mental, or emotional well-being of a child, including but not limited to content that promotes violence, self-harm, eating disorders, substance abuse, or illegal activities, as defined under the Child Digital Safety Law.
PDPL means UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Platform means collectively all Lampyre Tools, websites, and services provided by Data Tower.
UAE Cybercrime Law means UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumors and Cybercrimes.
Wadeema'sLaw means UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 on Child Rights.
Website or Site means the websites used to access the Company's products and services, hosted at lampyre.io and account.lampyre.io, and any associated sub-domains.
2. Age Restrictions and Compliance with Child Digital Safety Law
Our Platform is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, in compliance with article 12 of the Child Digital Safety Law.
During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform under any circumstances. There is no exception for parental consent.
If we discover that a user is under 18, we will:
immediately delete the account and all associated data;
block further access to the Platform from the user's email address and IP address;
report the incident to the competent authorities as required under article 15 of the Child Digital Safety Law.
3. Strictly Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly forbidden on the Platform:

4. Detection and Reporting
We implement industry-standard technical measures where feasible.
4.1. User Reporting
If you encounter any suspected CSAM or child exploitation on our Platform:
DO NOT view, share, download, or forward the content.
DO NOT confront the user who posted it.
IMMEDIATELY report to support@lampyre.io.
What to include in your report:
your name and contact information (optional but helpful);
username of the suspected violator;
URL or location of the content;
description of what you saw;
date and time of discovery.
We will acknowledge receipt of child safety reports within Twenty four (24) hours.
4.2. Mandatory Reporting to Authorities
Under article 15 of the Child Digital Safety Law, we are required to report any confirmed CSAM or child exploitation to competent authorities immediately, and in any event no later than 48 hours after confirmation.
We will report to:
UAE Ministry of Interior – Child Protection Centre;
Al Ameen service (UAE);
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) (where applicable);
Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
We will preserve all evidence for law enforcement and will not notify the user before reporting.
5. Consequences of Violation
Immediate and automatic actions upon confirmation of a violation:

There is no appeal process for CSAM violations.
6. Preservation for Law Enforcement
Upon discovery of a suspected CSAM violation:
we will preserve all account data, including logs, uploaded files, reports, comments, metadata, and IP addresses;
preservation period: minimum 90 days (or longer if required by law or law enforcement request);
data will not be deleted even if the user requests deletion;
we will not notify the user of the preservation or the investigation.
This preservation obligation is mandated by article 15 of the Child Digital Safety Law.
7. User Education and Warnings
We display warnings about our Child Safety Policy, as recommended under article 11 of the Child Digital Safety Law:
during account registration: Users must check a box confirming they are 18+ and agree to this policy;
In the Platform footer: link to this policy;
on the login page: brief warning about CSAM consequences.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
This Child Safety Policy supplements, and does not replace:
In case of conflict, this Child Safety Policy takes precedence for child protection matters, as required under article 3 of the Child Digital Safety Law.
9. Governing Law
This Child Safety Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including PDPL, UAE Cybercrime Law, Child Digital Safety Law and Wadeema's Law.
