Lighthouse Renewal not adding Photons

Hi there. You have charged me for my second month of lighthouse, and the order status is open. But the Photons have not been added to my account, which is out of photons. How can I add my Photons and resume using your product. There is no documentation on this and it is very frustrating.

We apologize for the late reply. You bought a subscription before the change in our license agreement, and your photons were debited after a month - now they are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. For terms and conditions see: https://lampyre.io/license (point 2.3). We have returned your photons, please, check your balance.
Your payment has not passed despite the created Renewal Order. Our payment system currently does not support auto-payments, and we have to invoice manual renewal through payment link or PayPal. You can also renew your subscription by yourself by simply buying a new one in your personal account. You can also use photons with demo-license. To activate it you need to copy the key from your account.
We also recommend that you download and install Lampyre version 1.5.6.
